Yes, we offer same-day delivery! We don't have a fixed cutoff time—we always try to fulfill all orders. If for any reason (stock or courier availability) this isn't possible, we'll contact you immediately with a solution.

Can I pick up my order in store instead of having it delivered?

Yes! When finalizing your order, you can choose the in-store pickup option, within our opening hours, and collect it whenever it's most convenient for you. By default, pickup is at our Chiado store (Rua Garrett, 19). If you prefer pickup at LX Factory, please indicate this in the order notes — and, should any unforeseen circumstances arise, we will contact you.

All orders are subject to the availability of seasonal flowers. If any flower is out of season, we will replace it, respecting the harmony of the flower arrangement chosen by you.

Our flower arrangements are hand-made by our team on the day of delivery. Due to the nature of the flowers, it is not always possible to produce exactly the same arrangement as the photograph shown on our website.

When finalizing your order, you can request a photograph of the final result of your flower arrangement in the observations field.

We deliver within a 50km radius of Lisbon, covering the entire city of Lisbon (Chiado, Alcântara, Belém, Parque das Nações, Benfica, Alvalade and other parishes), as well as Oeiras, Cascais, Sintra, Amadora, Odivelas, Loures, Vila Franca de Xira, and on the South Bank: Almada, Seixal, Barreiro, Montijo and Setúbal. If for any reason your address does not appear available at checkout, please contact us via WhatsApp or email — we will always try to find the best solution.

We always try to deliver the flowers to the agreed location, even if no one is home — Portugal is a safe country, so we leave them by the door, with a neighbor, or at nearby services (concierge, reception, etc.). If we cannot locate the recipient, we call them directly; if that is not possible, we contact the person who placed the order. As a last resort, if delivery is still not possible, the order is returned to the shop and we contact the recipient to find the best solution.
